Something that is very important to me is communication. Grace is so professional in her approach to communication. If she or her team are not able to answer my call, I know that I will receive a retuned call the same day.

The properties were going under contract within a matter of days and in some cases within a few hours. It is with no hesitation that we write this testimonial about the excellent customer service, rapport and efficiency we have experienced whilst having the pleasure to engage with Grace. We have owned investment properties for the last 20 years, and during that time, we have had contact with several property managers. Some of these encounters have been good, some not so. It becomes quickly apparent to us to recognise the property managers who are just ‘doing property management because it’s a job’ and in return can be emissive of our requests and the tenant’s requests. However, occasionally we have come across exceptional property managers who exceed this and have pride in their profession and rightly so.
